Feng Shui AR has no accounts. Your homes, floor plans, birth details, check-ins and readings are stored only on your phone, so you delete them on your phone. We hold no copy of them.
Delete what's on your phone
- One home: in the app, open Homes and delete it. Its floor plan, analysis and progress are removed.
- A BaZi profile: on the BaZi tab, delete the profile from the list. Its birth details are removed. Daily check-ins are kept in one journal on the phone and are removed with everything else (below).
- Everything: uninstall the app. On Android you can also go to Settings → Apps → Feng Shui AR → Storage → Clear storage. Nothing is kept in device backups.
Anonymous usage events and crash reports
The app sends a few anonymous usage events and, if it crashes, a crash report (see the Privacy Policy). They carry a random install ID the app makes up itself, never your name, email or any account, so we cannot tell which ones are yours. They are deleted automatically: usage events within 120 days, individual crash reports within 60 days. Deleting or reinstalling the app gives it a new install ID, so nothing new is linked to the old one.

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google Play; their records are kept by them under their own policies.
